Warranty

All Kärcher appliances purchased through Walter GmbH are covered by the official Kärcher AG warranty terms in their current version.

Scope of the manufacturer warranty

Kärcher grants a 24-month manufacturer warranty in Switzerland from the date of purchase for Home & Garden appliances against material and workmanship defects. Wearing parts, operating errors, improper handling and damage caused by frost, limescale or foreign objects are excluded.

Warranty handling via Walter GmbH

Send a fault description to [email protected] together with a copy of the order confirmation. We review the documents and inform you about the next steps in the warranty process.

Statutory warranty

Independent of the manufacturer warranty, statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

Usage notes

To preserve warranty rights, use the recommended cleaning products, a water filter in case of hard water, and store the appliances frost-free during winter.
