We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards as well as the Swiss payment method TWINT.

Payment via 3-D Secure. Card data is processed only by the payment provider and is never stored on our servers.

QR code or direct redirect to the TWINT app for approval. The order is marked as paid once TWINT confirms the transaction.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including 8.1% VAT. A PDF invoice is emailed for every order.

All connections are TLS 1.2 or higher encrypted. Sensitive data is only transferred to PCI-DSS-certified payment providers.

If a payment is declined, we notify you by email and let you choose another method. Shipping only starts once the payment has been received.
