Shipping within Switzerland.

All orders ship free of charge. We deliver only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Processing time

After payment is received, orders are picked within one to two business days. Orders received before 2 pm are usually processed the same day.

Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Swiss Post or an equivalent service. Regular delivery time is one to three business days after shipping. In remote mountain areas or during holidays, expect one to two extra days.

Tracking

Once your shipment leaves the warehouse we send a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.

Bulky items

For bulky appliances, delivery can be made to your door (kerbside delivery).

Damaged shipments

Please check the packaging on delivery. Note visible transport damage on the handover slip and report it within 48 hours to [email protected].

No international shipping

For customs and warranty reasons we only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
