Voluntary returns within 14 days.

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Walter GmbH voluntarily gives private customers 14 days from receipt to return goods under the conditions below.

How to return

1. Report the return by email at [email protected] with your order number.
2. You'll receive a return address and an RMA number.
3. Repack the item in the original packaging with all accessories.
4. Ship as an insured parcel to the address provided.

Condition of goods

Goods must be in a condition consistent with normal in-store examination.

Refund

After inspection, we refund the price including standard shipping within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return costs

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. In case of a defect or wrong delivery, we cover it.

Exclusions

Sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons are excluded.
