Voluntary returns

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Walter GmbH voluntarily permits private customers to return goods within 14 days of receipt under the conditions below.

Requesting a return

Please inform us by email at [email protected] or by post to Walter GmbH, c/o Thomas Jakob, Talstrasse 5, 8500 Frauenfeld, Schweiz.

Refund

Upon effective withdrawal we reimburse all payments including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Return costs

Direct return costs are borne by the customer. You are only liable for any loss in value if it is caused by handling other than necessary to check the characteristics and function.

Exclusions

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection are excluded once the seal has been removed.
