Shipping policy

Only free standard shipping is offered. We deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Processing time

After payment is received, orders are picked within one to two business days. Orders received before 2 pm are usually processed the same day.

Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Swiss Post or an equivalent service. Regular delivery time is one to three business days after shipping. In remote mountain areas or during holidays, expect one to two extra days.

Bulky items

For bulky appliances, delivery can be made to your door (kerbside delivery).

Damaged shipments

Please check the packaging on delivery. Note visible transport damage on the handover slip and report it within 48 hours to [email protected].

No international shipping

For customs and warranty reasons we only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Refund & return policy

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Walter GmbH voluntarily gives private customers 14 days from receipt to return goods under the conditions below.

How to return

Report the return by email at [email protected] with your order number.
You'll receive a return address and an RMA number.
Repack the item in the original packaging with all accessories.
Ship as an insured parcel to the address provided.

Condition of goods

Goods must be in a condition consistent with normal in-store examination.

Refund

After inspection, we refund the price including standard shipping within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return costs

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. In case of a defect or wrong delivery, we cover it.

Exclusions

Sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons are excluded.
